Invitation

Invitation is way to invite someone or more to go to a place or to do something.

Inviting Someong :
- I would like to invite you to come to my house
- If you are not busy, please try to come to my office
- Will you come to my party on Saturday night ?
- Shall we see the film ?

Accepting an Invitation :
- Great ! Let's do it.
- Thank you. I'd like to
- That's a good idea
- That would be very nice

Declining an invitation :
- I'm really sorry about that.

Appointment

Appointment tells about agreement for meeting. It is good to make an appointment before you meet someone or people.

Sympathy Expressions

Sympathy Expression is an expression or felling of pity and sorrow when we know and see someone or people are unlucky or have trouble and bad condition.

A. How can we give sympathy expression to someone ?
We express it directly to him/her orally or we can use a letter or card by post also by short message servise (SMS), e-mail, televition, radio and newspaper if he/she who got the trouble is far from us.

Giving Instructions

Giving Instruction is an expression that is used in order that other person does what we instruct or request.

The difference between request and instructions

Instructions (also called imperatives)
Instructions require the person receiving them to do something, or to stop doing it. Instructions are directly addressed to the person who has to do thwm. Threfore, instructions are one of the few types of English sentences that do not need a subject. The subject is usually "you" (understood). If there is any doubt who should do the instruction, the "naming" form- the vocative is used.

Requests
Requests are often questions, though indirect requesta may not be. Somentimes an instruction is changed into a request by the addition of "please" or a question tag. To make a request more polite we might use the subjunctive form of the verb. Very often English requests are indirect. Instead of asking someone to do something, the speaker asks if the person is able to do it. Theremore modals of ability ("can", "may",etc) are very often used.

Announcements

Announcement is something saod, written, or printed to meke know that has happened or (more often) what will happen.

In writting an announcement, keep the following pants the title/type of event, date/time, place and contact person

he was very spoiled by his mother. because of that, he became a naughty boy.

then his father, sunan muria asked him to study in kudus. he studied islamic religion to his uncle, sunan kudus. after some time, he became an obedient young man. sunan muria was very proud of him.

one day, sunan muria asked amir hasan to go to somewhere to spread islamic religion. his father asked him to go to an island that could be seen from muria mountain. it was on the west - north of jepara. this island seemed to be fade (kremun-kremun in javanese). and from that time, people called the island as karimunjava island.
amir hasan followed by his mate went to karimunjava island. they sailed to the island day and night and finally they reached the island. then they did what his father said. amir hasan and his people lived in the island ever after.

Narrative Text

Narrative text is a kind of text to retell the story that past tense. The purpose of the text is to entertain or to amuse the readers or losteners about the story.

Greeting is a very common expresions to say that we meet people or we went to be nice with them.

Analize character :: we could also analyze character by realizin the different traits the person as personality wise, like if the character is soft spoen, wise, mean to certain people, prejudice, etc.

1. Plot.

Perfect tense :: PPT

Present perfect tense is used for describing a past action's effect an the present.
Pattern I :: S + have/has + been + complement

Past Perfect Tense is kind of tense that is used to describe an action or an event that started in a certain time in the post and completed or finished fill certain time in the past too : or perfect tense is used to express an action or an event that had happened before the other event or action happened.
